Updating Emergency Contacts
Please update your emergency information through the Student Center.
Emergency Contact
- Log in to myBYUH.
- Hover over the "School" quick link, and click "Student Center."
- Under "Personal Information," select "Emergency Contact."
- Click "Add an Emergency Contact."
- Enter a contact name, relationship, phone number, and then click SAVE.
Campus Alert
- Log in to myBYUH.
- Hover over the "School" quick link, and click "Student Center."
- Under "Personal Information," select "Phone Numbers."
- Click "Add a Phone Number."
- Under the "Phone Type" dropdown box, select "Campus Alert."
- Enter your mobile phone number and click SAVE.
Missing Person Contact
- Log in to myBYUH.
- Hover over the "School" quick link, and click "Student Center."
- Under "Personal Information," select "Phone Numbers."
- Click "Add a Phone Number."
- Under the "Phone Type" dropdown box, select "Missing Person Contact."
- Enter your mobile phone number and click SAVE.
If a student is missing for 24 hours without explanation, the university will notify the emergency contact.
